01Who we are
Prodject Abel is a full-service digital studio that builds websites, apps and games, creates ads and brands, and sets up AI automation for businesses, and is the parent company of FTLOTG (For The Love Of The Game). In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Prodject Abel. You can reach us at projectabelco@gmail.com.
02The short version
- This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
- We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us.
- We use it to reply to you and to deliver work you ask us for. We do not sell it.
03Information we collect
When you contact us. The contact form on this site does not send anything to a server. It opens your own email app with your message filled in. If you send that email, or email us directly, we receive what you include: usually your name, email address, business name, the services you are interested in and your message.
When you visit the site. We do not collect anything ourselves. Our hosting provider (see section 05) may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, as most web servers do, for security and to keep the service running.
04How we use it
We use the information you send us to:
- reply to your enquiry and discuss your project
- prepare quotes and deliver services you agree to
- keep normal business records, such as correspondence and invoices
We do not use it for automated decision-making, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking.
05Who else is involved
We use a small number of trusted services to run the business. They handle data on our behalf under their own privacy terms:
- GitHub (GitHub Pages) hosts this website.
- Google (Gmail) provides our email, so your messages are stored there.
The fonts on this site are served from our own website, so loading a page does not contact any font or advertising service. If we bring in other services to deliver a project for you, we will tell you first. We only share information beyond this when the law requires it.
06Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking technology, so there is no cookie banner. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
07How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 08).
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. Residents of places such as the EU, UK and California have these rights by law, and we extend the same choices to everyone.
To make a request, email projectabelco@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
09Security
We use reputable providers and keep access to client information limited to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please do not email passwords, payment card numbers or other highly sensitive details.
10Children
Our services are for businesses. This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
